Welcome to BeMyTraveler. By using this website or sending us an enquiry, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
About Our Service
BeMyTraveler is an enquiry-based travel platform for Himachal Pradesh. We help you discover tours, hotels, car rentals and activities, and we connect you with suitable options. Sending an enquiry does not create a confirmed booking.
Enquiries, Quotes and Confirmation
- Prices, availability and inclusions shown on the website are indicative and may change with season, demand and dates.
- After you send an enquiry, our team replies with a written quote and the exact terms for your trip.
- A booking is confirmed only when you accept the written quote and complete any payment or advance we ask for in it.
Payments
We do not take payments through the enquiry form. Payment methods, amounts and due dates are shared with your quote. Please pay only as instructed in our written communication.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms depend on the hotel, operator, season and type of service. We share the exact terms with your quote before you confirm anything. Any refund is processed according to those terms and the policy of the service provider.
Your Responsibilities
- Give accurate details in your enquiry and carry valid identification during travel.
- Follow local rules, permit requirements and safety instructions, especially in high-altitude areas.
- Treat drivers, guides, hosts and local communities with respect.
Travel Conditions and Risks
Mountain travel can be affected by weather, landslides, road closures and altitude. Plans may change for safety reasons. Please buy travel insurance where suitable and keep your itinerary flexible.
Third-Party Providers
Hotels, drivers, guides and activity operators are independent providers. Their own terms apply to their services. We work to choose reliable partners, but we are not responsible for acts or omissions outside our reasonable control.
Reviews and Content
By posting a review or comment, you confirm it is honest and your own. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading or unlawful.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, BeMyTraveler is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or from travel services provided by third parties.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Himachal Pradesh will have jurisdiction, unless the law requires otherwise.
